     【你來報報】北市水利處：2030年防洪標準再提升

    12日北市水利處新任處長陳郭正於記者會中發表，2030年防洪保護標準，將從現行78.8mm /hr提升到88.8mm/hr。 北市水利處新任處長陳郭正。蔡仕敏攝

    會中陳郭正概述歷年來大台北地區整體防洪治水工程，以及易積水點改善如內湖金瑞治水園區於2015年7月啟用，文山區辛亥路憲兵營區滯洪池第一期於2017年10月完工。

    陳郭正也提及2017年0602內湖區大湖山莊街積淹水的數項改善工程，大湖里里長洪美惠表示，去年0602事件至今，水利處的努力諸如截水溝、格柵加密、箱涵加大，已及大地處在山區埋設三處管涵，可以延滯大約70%的雨水，可望為大湖山莊街增加保障。

    興旺里里長蘇瓏議說，每年都會積淹水二、三次，在汛期這幾個月都很難入眠，但是由於水利處完成福興路排水分流工程，去年6月他和里民興奮大叫「真的沒淹水！」 興旺里里長蘇瓏議（左）、大湖里里長洪美惠（右）。台北市水利處提供。

    現場有記者提問，如何達成2030年防洪保護標準到88.8mm/hr？陳郭正回覆，水利處將推動以下作為：

    -  2013年起，北市私人建案達一定規模以上，就要求開發單位送審排水計畫書，建築物需設置流出抑制設施，例如每一公頃基地必須保留780立方米的水，如此，相當於一場暴雨時幾乎無水排出。

    - 藉由公園改建或新建，承擔更多儲流能力，可能採取生態式的滯洪池。

    - 修正「公共設施基地保水作業要點」，擴大管制市內公共設施，使承擔更大儲流能力。
