網友：靠房車吸來的女友會是好女人？

各界多稱男人如果沒有汽車或房地產，注定單身一輩子。雖上面這句只是江湖傳言，而PTT Womentalk版上有網友發問：女生真的有這麼注意心儀的對象是否「有汽車」嗎？
網友認為，如果真有女人擇偶是看汽車或是房屋的售價，那麼這女人，很明顯，很講求物質。是否跟她交往或結婚，就請男方仔細考慮。
一名婚前就擁有一輛日系房車的女網友表示，男性真的不必打腫臉充胖子，畢竟為了把妹而買車，負擔過多的養車費用，犧牲儲蓄與生活品質，是本末倒置。另有在新竹上班的男網友指稱，有車後，送長輩出門或是買家具相當方便，只是因為他不必付停車費，出門專選能免費停車的地方，保養費用父母支付，僅剩稅金與油錢，成本相當低。相反的，加上停車費的話，恐怕他會感到很吃緊。
網友笑稱男生的價值是依照財富評斷，身價高的男人自然有能力與女性結婚。
江湖盛傳女性擇偶時，另一個常見的評斷標準是「房地產」。有網友指稱有朋友擔任公務員，有能力以現金購買兩棟台北市的房子以及一輛名車，但他擔心吸引到過度在乎物質的女性，所以他對外稱房地產與汽車是父母親的。不過，新認識的單身女子總是不肯多加理睬。網友的血淋淋分析是「這位熟男在同階層中缺乏女人緣，甚至連人緣都很差。」
