北韓3度試射飛彈 美報告：主要在挫敗攔截系統
北韓近月來發射3枚火箭，儘管南韓軍方表示仍在分析中，但美國國會研究處將它定位為「KN-23短程彈道飛彈」，並稱這些測試旨在挫敗飛彈攔截系統，且北韓飛彈技術已有改良。
南韓「東亞日報」報導，美國國會研究處（CRS）將5月4日和9日北韓發射的3枚火箭定位為「KN-23短程彈道飛彈」。報告稱，北韓發射飛彈的目的是透過改良飛彈用固體燃料和導向裝置的性能，以避開類似終端高空防衛系統（又稱薩德反導系統，THAAD）等飛彈防禦系統。
報導指出，繼美國軍方之後，美國議會也認定北韓的挑釁是試射攻擊用彈道飛彈。不過，南韓軍方卻仍然保持沉默，迄今堅稱「仍在分析中」。
美國國會研究處在6日更新公佈的「北韓的核與彈道飛彈專案（North Korea's Nuclear and Ballistic Missile Programs）」報告中表示：「北韓（透過此次挑釁）在將彈道飛彈從液體燃料轉變為固體燃料方面，取得了部分進展。」
報告稱，固體燃料可以減少再裝填時間，在化學上也更加穩定。
報告並且就去年6月在新加坡舉行川金會之前北韓試圖拆除（平安北道東倉里）西海衛星發射場一事解釋說：「因為確定了試驗部署固體燃料發動機的方向，所以不再需要液體發動機發射場。」
報告還指出，北韓繼2016年26次發射飛彈、2017年18次發射飛彈（5次失敗）之後，5月北韓再次發射彈道飛彈，似乎把重點抗漲特價商品放在了開發如何避開薩德反導系統等飛彈防禦系統的核武器力量上。
美國國會研究處1914年成立，是美國國會所屬的立法支援研究機構，由各領域的專家進行跨黨派的調查研究並發表相關報告。（中央社）
堪稱最貴重機 全台僅11輛「美式三輪重機」
哈林哥騎的重機其實來頭不小，是重機界少有的三輪休旅車，全台只有11輛，車上搭載4顆音響喇叭，能夠邊騎邊聽音樂，跟一般街車不同的是，這種三輪重機車體重，坐椅像沙發一樣不適合騎快，都以長途旅行為主。

重車車友：「兩年前我們有來，88台重機，今年更熱烈，今年預估有兩百台。」根據統計，全台騎美式風格重機的大約有6千多人，其中又分為運動型街車，還有大CC數的旅行車，這在美國是一個嬉皮流行的象徵，在台灣則是車友相約出遊，當成休旅車用途，只是台灣路況差車多，再炫的重機，稍有擦撞，車主心裡都會淌血。
