南投都達明隧道土石流 人止關大雨又坍方
豪大雨特報，南投多處傳出災情，投85線「都達明隧道」發生土石流，造成道路封閉，另外在南投南豐村、仁愛鄉都傳出淹水災情，人止關結婚送禮推薦團購人氣商品路段也因為下雨導致邊坡坍方阻斷道路，在苗栗甚至有道路地基掏空崩塌，電線桿傾斜，路面出現20~30公尺的裂縫，寬10公分，緊急圍起封鎖線，幸好沒有人員傷亡。
滾滾泥沙混雜石塊，大雨引發土石流，不斷流竄到路面。
民眾：「河流啊，有沒有看到，河流。」
真的像河流，沖刷下來的土石、樹枝流也流不完，占據南投都達明隧道，人車都無法通行，一樣在南投，大雨造成道路淹水。台14線埔霧公路，南豐村一帶，路面湧出黃色泥水，在路面積成一大攤水，水深到腳踝。車輛一開過，就濺起黃泥水花，連日大雨造成積水，居民也撐傘幫忙將排水孔疏通。
居民：「這裡只要一下大雨，都是這樣子啊。」
一下就淹，居民無奈，連續大雨在南投多處造成災情。
居民：「你看這邊的那個後面淹水了，小孩子都可以在這邊游泳囉。」
南投仁愛鄉，居民住家淹水，力行產業道路也中斷，堆土機在坍方路段，加緊趕工，將土石挖除，現場也派駐員警管制。
台14甲線73.1公里處，人止關路段，12日中午因為大雨造成邊坡土石坍方，阻斷道路，工務段人員搶修，下午1點半才恢復單線通行，預計要到下午3點才能搶通，這次大雨在苗栗甚至還有道路崩塌，3支電線桿底座已經塌陷，整支傾斜，電線脫落。
苗栗通霄鎮苗40線道路，因為地基被掏空，路面還出現長約20~30公尺的裂縫，縫隙最寬10公分，路崩地裂，地方巡守隊趕緊先到現場圍起封鎖線，幸好評估後，沒有立即危險，開放單向通車。
台中中投公路往霧峰，暴雨打在駕駛擋風玻璃，完全看不到路，影響行車視線，這波豪大雨特報，要到禮拜五前才會緩解，已經在中部各縣市造成災情。
教育政見寬嚴不一 六都候選人紓己見
【台灣醒報記者許嘉琪台北報導】教育政策怎麼走？六都候選人意見南轅北轍。國教行動聯盟等教育團體21日針對六都市長候選人提出「教育政見十大提問」：在升學評量方面，林佳龍提出多元指標，將學習過程納入評量，而楊麗環則主張恢復聯考。在教育理念方面，大部分候選人都認為應採取「適性分流」的教育方式，而非齊頭式教學。
另外，高思博和韓國瑜特別針對「快樂學習」做出明確回應指出，應讓孩子在低齡時減輕負擔，發展興趣，進入國高中後再增加壓力以提升競爭力。而柯文哲則表示，考試為必要之惡，適當的壓力是必要的。
在升學評量方面，候選人丁守中、柯文哲、陳學聖、楊麗環、高思博、韓國瑜與陳其邁等人都支持「以公正公平的評量作為學生升學的指標」。另外，姚文智、侯友宜、鄭文燦、林佳龍與黃偉哲則是較認同多元指標，其中，林佳龍提出，應將學習過程融入評量中。
在性平教育方面，姚文智、柯文哲、侯友宜、鄭文燦、林佳龍表示會依現行方式持續推動，而丁守中、陳學聖、楊麗環、高思博、韓國瑜則認為性平教育應該要更「適齡」。韓國瑜表示，同志教育、性別光譜等內容並不適合心智尚未發展成熟的學生；盧秀燕對解放式教育和同性戀教材持保留意見，丁守中也特別指出，性平教育部不應該成為同性戀推廣教育。
在幼教方面，候選人大多主張廣設公幼或公共化幼兒園，丁守中、姚文智、蘇貞昌、侯友宜、林佳龍、盧秀燕、陳其邁等人認為應利用閒置教室辦「公幼公托」，其中丁守中主張「一校一公幼」。但陳學聖提醒，目前推動的「私幼公共化」可能造成「反淘汰現象」。
針對提問做出回應的候選人共13位，台北市市長候選人：丁守中、姚文智、柯文哲，新北市市長候選人：蘇貞昌、侯友宜；台中市市長候選人：林佳龍、盧秀燕；桃園市市長候選人：陳學聖、楊麗環、鄭文燦；台南市市長候選人：黃偉哲；高雄市市長候選人：韓國瑜、陳其邁。
