深澳等台電補報告 柯P挨批消極
【台灣醒報記者蘇盈之台北報導】「台電對深澳電廠的報告尚缺健康風險和電價評估，還要等台電補足數據、提供替代方案。」台北市長柯文哲7日在市議會做專案報告時，針對深澳電廠的問題如此表態，但遭到多位藍委追打，指北市府態度消極。柯文哲則強調，是否重啟深澳不只是環保問題，也要考慮電價的變動，台電將相關調查數據補齊後，北市府再做下一步決定。
「你是怕北市長選戰不被民進黨禮讓嗎？北市府沒有提出任何能源替代方案嗎？」國民黨議員王鴻薇指出，柯文哲對深澳遲不表態，堅持要台電提出數據和替代方案，是因為柯文哲對深澳電廠的態度，就是他能否被民進黨提名的籌碼。王鴻薇直指，「市民和市民健康不是你柯文哲的籌碼競選，深澳電廠主張應予退回！」
藍營議員郭昭巖指責說，「台北市政府對深澳的態度如此消極，難道台北市民生命不寶貴嗎？」並說台灣民眾超過一半不支持深澳電廠，7成人不認為有乾淨煤。郭昭巖在現場請支持深澳電廠的人人舉手，結果沒有任何一人舉手。郭昭巖再度追問，「台電若一直不表態，深澳電廠就應該重啟嗎？」
柯文哲針對深澳問題回應，「目前相關訊息不夠，無法作決定。」並承認深澳電廠議題是「很難的問題」。他還說，「深澳問題已經超過我的判斷範圍，因為不只關乎人民健康還包括電價變動。」
「而且將來核一、核二是否確定按時退場？核四是否持續封存？」這些都是未知問題，但都會影響評估。柯文哲還說，而且目前各種能源方案的電價預估也都不清楚。他強調，「請台電針對不明的地方提出評估數據。」
