若真的對墨西哥加徵關稅，美國人平均生活成本增加264美元。 法新社 分享 facebook 美國總統川普7日晚間表示，由於美墨兩國達成貿易協議，他將無限期暫停對墨西哥加徵關稅，讓外界鬆了一口氣。若美國真的對墨西哥加稅，多位專家認為主要受害者還是一般美國人；估計每年平均生活成本將最多增加264美元，衝擊民眾荷包和就業，而且完全抵銷2017年底減稅方案的好處。. } }); } 根據川普總統原先計畫，他將從10日起對所有墨西哥進口貨品加徵5%關稅，並逐月調高五個百分點，直到25%為止，或川普對墨國打擊非法移民湧向南方邊界的成效滿意為止。美國貿易代表署(USTR)享好禮超人氣產品統計，2018年美國從墨西哥進口貨品總值是3465億元，若以5%關稅計算就是173億元，主要將落在美國進口商、批發商、零售商及消費者身上，而且消費者將是最終受害者。若進口關稅達到25%，就等於每年多出865億元關稅，以全美人口計算相當於每個人多負擔264.36美元，且受影響最大的可能是汽車，例如一輛售價4萬元汽車將特價商品省荷包漲價1500元至7500元不等。不僅如此，對墨西哥加徵進口關稅的影響將2018熱門產品擴及民間消費及就業。在實施20多年的北美自由貿易協定(NAFTA)之下，許多美國企業將廠房或產線擴大至加拿大或墨西哥，產品或生產環節各自分工。普渡大學經濟學教授索德柏瑞(Anson Soderberry)說：「供應鏈或生產面調整一旦大到需要搬遷工廠，你要怎麼辦？這可能造成1萬個工作機會消失，影響很大的。」綜合紐好康活動上班族省錢大作戰約聯邦準備銀行與華府智庫「稅務政策中心」(Tax Policy Center)推算，川普總統自豪的減稅方案，每年可讓一般美國家庭少交930元稅款，但今年以來單是對中國加徵的進口關稅，就吃掉了其中831元。華府智庫彼得森國際經濟研究所資深研究員胡夫鮑爾(Gary Hufbauer)估算，若川普政府真的對墨西哥進口關稅加到25%，一般美國家庭的一年生活成本將多出1700元，等於完全抵消減稅方案的效果，還讓國人必須負擔更高的生活成本。
老虎伍茲重返萊德盃 領銜迎戰歐洲隊
（法新社聖昆丁恩伊夫林28日電） 美國高爾夫名將老虎伍茲暌違6年重返萊德盃，將與利德搭檔代表美國隊出賽，在4球賽迎戰歐洲隊的莫里納瑞與佛利特伍（Tommy Fleetwood）。
萊德盃（Ryder Cup）是兩年一度的歐美高爾夫對抗賽，今天在法國的國家高爾夫球場（Le Golf National）開打。
美國隊隊長福瑞克（Jim Furyk）派出3座大賽冠軍得主科普卡（Brooks Koepka）與弗諾（Tony Finau）打頭陣，在格林威治時間6時10分（台灣時間下午2時10分）與歐洲隊的羅斯（Justin Rose）與拉姆（Jon Rahm），展開一場引人入勝的對決。
歐洲隊隊長比昂（Thomas Bjorn）在上午賽程當中，只動用4名外卡球員當中的一人，由凱西（Paul Casey）搭配英國同胞海頓（Tyrrell Hatton），對上美國隊的史畢斯（Jordan Spieth）與湯瑪斯（Justin Thomas）。
生涯拿下14座大賽冠軍的老虎伍茲（Tiger Woods）自2012年以來首度重返萊德盃，勢必成為球迷焦點，排在今天第4場比賽亮相。
老虎伍茲再次對上莫里納瑞（Francesco Molinari），兩人在2010年與2012年萊德盃的個人賽曾經碰頭。莫里納瑞7月在英國公開賽與老虎伍茲同場較勁，儘管伍茲一度領先，最終仍由莫里納瑞拿下冠軍。
伍茲將與利德（Patrick Reed）搭檔。利德是今年美國名人賽冠軍，他在今天開幕儀式上聽到「美國隊長」這個封號時，把手放在耳邊「收音」幽默回應現場的笑聲。
伍茲表示：「對我們兩個來說會很有趣。我們一直都很期待組隊，像這樣一起打球。我們終於有機會可以對上兩位偉大的對手。」
伍茲上週剛拿下巡迴錦標賽（Tour Championship）冠軍，終結5年冠軍荒。在伍茲助陣之下，美國隊這次要挑戰自1993年以來暌違25年再度於歐洲土地上奪冠。
