今年近百人染麻疹 部分年輕人缺保護力
疾管署今天公布，國內新增一名麻疹個案，今年截至目前已有95例，且以年輕人居多。專家提醒，麻疹傳染力強，且部分年輕人的疫苗保護力可能已衰退。
衛生福利部疾病管制署下午公布，新確診1例國內感染麻疹病例，為北部20多歲男性，5月21日起陸續出現發燒、喉嚨痛及腹瀉症狀，25日出疹，經就醫通報今天檢驗確診。由於個案近期無國外旅遊史，研判可能在國內遭症狀不明顯人士感染，感染源待釐清。
個案在可傳染期的22日曾在新北市新店區全家便利商店（德正店）、台北捷運、台北市松山區IKEA（敦北店）及IKEA後巷的紅燒大腸麵線店。
今年截至目前，國內累計95例麻疹確定病例，64例為國內感染（其中45例為接觸者），31例為境外移入病例（其中27例為本國籍民眾），感染國家為泰國10例、越南8例、菲律賓6例、中國大陸2例，日本、印尼、緬甸、香港及韓國各1例。
疾管署防疫醫師林詠青表示，麻疹病患剛開始發病的症狀可能跟感冒類似，如有上呼吸道問題，但若開始有出疹，就應警覺可能是麻疹，建議要及早就醫，且就醫一定要戴口罩，以免傳染給更多人。
疾管署副署長莊人祥表示，麻疹傳染力強，民眾出入人潮密集或空氣不流通的公共場所，應戴口罩以降低感染風險。應避免帶未滿1歲或未接種MMR疫苗的幼兒到麻疹流行地區。
台灣麻疹個案以20歲至39歲為多（占77%），莊人祥表示，一般民眾（特別是1981年後出生的成人）如計劃前往流行地區，出國前2至4週可先就醫諮詢評估是否需推薦實用3C自費接種MMR疫苗。
目前麻疹國際疫情，日本近期疫情上升，為2009年來同期最高，以東京都病例為多，其次為神奈川縣和大阪府；泰國疫情持續、中國大陸疫情自2月持續上升、美國、烏克蘭、法國疫情持續。（中央社）
