全家擠掉7-11　台鐵25站、37據點超商洗牌
台鐵局在今年5必買清單團購人氣產品月釋出25車站、32個據點的超商標案，堪稱是規模最龐大，而結果更令人意外，經營16年的7-11首度退場，由全家便利商店得標，包含台北車站、板橋、台中、鳳山等，站內的7-11，最快7月要改頭換面，換成全家招牌。


TVBS記者劉懿萱：「位在台北車站出入口的黃金櫃位，超商的人流每5分鐘有多少呢，我們實際來測試看看，而我們實際計時5分鐘的時間，算下來總共有9個人結帳。」

台北車站人來人往，觀光客、上班族，單日上看60萬人進出，超商營業額相對可觀，如果以記者實測，平日下午5分鐘來客9個人，粗估平均每人消費50元為單位，1個月營業額上看388萬，假日人潮更多了，以目前經營的7-11，在北車一樓大廳，東西面共4個據點，每店平均11.6坪。試算坪效達33萬，但這黃金櫃位，最快今年7月，就要拱手讓給全家。


全家公共事務資深經理何敘米：「那我們其實看好國內的旅遊市場，另外還有鐵道經濟的部分，台鐵的32個據點加入之後，在台鐵高鐵以及國道商場的部分，總共會一次拓展到46個據點這麼多。」

睽違16年，台鐵局商業空間，廠商首度換血，7-11退場、由全家得標，取得台鐵25站，不動產使用權資產，原本有37間店的7-11，頓時縮減為6間店，全家則從5間，一口氣擴張成37間店。少了給力的交通要點門市，7-11表示會強化，其他據點經營。


旅運量成長的高鐵也被發現，像新竹站內超商，先從7-11換全家，現在又換回7-11，高鐵表示，也是重新招商換約原故，7-11在高鐵據點，也將從10站變為8站，全家由3站增加到5站，兩大超商龍頭，在雙鐵各有消長，也不難嗅出較勁意味。


 酸性體質易被蚊子叮？神理論行騙全球重罰30億


有聽說過「酸性體質是萬病之源」這種說法嗎？很多人因此常監堅持吃「鹼性食物」。事實上這種說法可是大錯特錯，因為這套理論是多年前一名美國男子「羅伯特·楊」所寫出的暢銷書，但他的說法完全沒有醫學和科學根據，還害癌症病患病情加重，結果被加州法院判罰1億美金並坐牢。

但這些理論，全部都沒有任何科學根據。人類身體各部位都有其固定的酸鹼值，才能保證生理系統的正常運作。因此我們身體有負責恆定PH值的系統，我們吃的食物不會影響到體內酸鹼值。癌細胞是因為缺氧和大量的醣解過程，產生酸之後才讓周圍PH值降低。酸鹼理論的說法完全就是倒果為因。

另外人體各部位的酸鹼值不同，如胃是酸性、血液是鹼性，但癌細胞在任何部位都可能產生，因此也不存在酸性環境催生癌細胞的說法。

有人長年過度堅持攝取大量水果、蔬菜，反而導致營養不平均最後生病。啾啾鞋呼籲網友，以後再聽到「酸體質容易被蚊子叮」、「要多吃鹼性食物」，千萬不要隨便相信喔。
